We are the Cuenca Weavers and weaving is our passion. Joan and Kathy are retired expats now living in Cuenca. Patricia is a Cuencana and a master weaver. After meeting Patricia, Joan and Kathy discovered their passion for the craft.
The three are now ready to take orders for custom weaving. Scarves, shawls, ponchos, placements, table runners, children's items including baby blankets, can be crafted by these three in an assortment of colors and yarns, including baby alpaca and blends. Patricia's shop, Distribuidora Barrerra is the sole distributor in Ecuador for Katia brand Spanish specialty yarns. Prices of items vary according to yarn selection.
